Position: SALES ENGINEER / ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Account management of existing in house accounts

• Secure new projects and accounts in the Life Science industry

• Manage industry relationships with area consulting engineers, construction managers, and mechanical contractors

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts

• Work closely with operation and service staff to build the right teams providing superior customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or Equivalent Experience

• Minimum (2) Years experience in technical business development related to facility automation

• Experience in the Life Science Industry including laboratories and production suites

• Experience with facility automation systems

• Experience with FDA regulations related to control systems a plus

• Industry relationships in the New England area a plus

Position: VALIDATION / PROCESS AUTOMATION SYSTEMS ENGINEERS

The candidate should have procedural experience as follows:

• Evidence of attendance at GxP / GMP / GAMP training.
• Experience with BMS projects in FDA regulated environment.
• Has assisted in preparing, reviewing and/or execution of Life Cycle documentation including URS / FRS / DDS / Test & Acceptance Specifications, Qualification Protocols.
• Has worked in Change Management & Configuration Management regimes.
• Understands rigorous Software QA and test environment.

The candidate should have technical expertise as follows:

• Configuration in a FDA regulated environment on market leading platforms.
• Understanding of BMS.
• PLC definition and configuration.
• Operator Interface and Report configuration.
• Industrial Historians and SQL based data management systems.

Position: BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS ENGINEERS

The candidate should have procedural experience as follows: 

• Experience designing, installing and commissioning of turnkey Building Automation Systems.
• Experience with multi-vendor integration.
• Understands rigorous Software QA and test environment.

The candidate should have technical expertise as follows:

• Design and implement hardware & software solutions for BMS.
• Project Coordination, subcontractor management and scheduling.
• Project Documentation for project lifecycle.
• Device Control and Interlock configuration.
• Operator Interface and network configuration.

Position: SERVICE ENGINEERS 

The candidate should have procedural experience as follows: 

• Experience as customer service representative for assigned customers.
• Experience with On-Call Service.
• Experience responding to and solving customer issues to completion.

The candidate should have technical expertise as follows:

• Hardware instrumentation testing, troubleshooting and calibration for BMS and/or Process Controls.
• Software setup and programming for BMS or SCADA.
• Checkout, Start-up and System Commissioning.
